Better Way for us to Communicate?

Hi Everyone 
One thing I believe could really help us is finding a better way to communicate. I believe this forum is a great step in that direction. I do, however, have some complaints with the in game chat feed. I find conversations hard to follow there.
I have found one site that might provide us with a better way to chat.
I do not know if this is ideal for what we need, so if anyone else has ideas please speak up.

We also can try the Line for our communications
